Pagna Cambodian Education Fund offers free English classes to the children of Lvea Village and Kampong Phluk Commune. We believe that education is the most effective way to break the cycle of poverty and our goal is to provide free English education and opportunities for higher education.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a safe, fun, supportive environment where education and self-empowerment are of supreme importance. It is our goal to reduce impoverishment of the young and underprivileged in Cambodia and to enable them to create futures born of their dreams rather than live lives dictated by poverty. We aim to enable the children to overcome seemingly insurmountable odds in a holistic and sustainable way by providing them with the knowledge, skills and support they need to achieve economic independence and actively participate in their communities in positive and lasting ways. None of this would be possible without the support of you – our volunteers, donors, supporters and friends who believe in our goal of awakening in each child the opportunity for a more meaningful and prosperous life.
