My name is Nout Sreyleak, and I come from Dey Krohorm Village, Kampong Phluk Commune. Growing up in a rural community, education has always been both a challenge and a dream for me. With determination and the incredible support from the Pagna Cambodian Education Fund (PCEF), I have been able to pursue my studies and work toward building a brighter future.
I am currently in my third year at CUS University in Siem Reap, The majoring is English Literature. At the same time, I proudly serve as a teacher at PCEF, a role I have held since 2023. Teaching the children in my community not only allows me to share knowledge but also inspires me to continue striving for my own educational goals.
Reaching my third year of university has been possible only because of the support and generosity provided through PCEF. I am sincerely grateful for this opportunity, which has transformed my life and given me hope for the future. As I look ahead, I dream of completing my final year of university and graduating with a bachelor’s degree. To achieve this, I hope to find a kind sponsor who can continue to support my studies in my fourth and final year.
Education has the power to change lives, and I am determined to use the knowledge I gain to give back to my community and help open doors for the next generation of children in Kampong Phluk.
